This page should answer any and all questions about delivery charges and any fees associated with getting products delivered. Please contact VibesVault via the contact page if you can't find the answer to your question here.

Delivery Charges and Timeframes

All products have the delivery charges built into the prices if shipping to the UK, Europe, and the US is around the same price. However, on some products, the delivery charges vary wildly depending on what location the order is fulfilled and shipped to, so some products have delivery charges added.

The suppliers always attempt to fulfill orders from the closest location to you, but may have to choose alternative ones if your closest location is out of stock of the product you ordered or that location has an order volume they're unable to fulfill quickly. It's rare this happens, but we want to ensure you get your products ASAP.

If you click your region below, you can see the entire list of products, the delivery charge (if any), where they're fulfilled, and estimates for delivery time. Unfortunately, there is no way to choose where an item is fulfilled, but the suppliers will always attempt to fulfill from the closest shipping location.

Delivery in the UK

VibesVault delivers to all parts of the UK: England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Only a small number of products can be fulfilled in the UK, so please pay attention to where each product is fulfilled, either by checking the list on this page, or checking the "Fulfilment & Delivery Info" section on all product pages.

If a product is fulfilled from outside the UK, please see the customs fees section at the bottom of this page to see how this applies to you.

Shirts

There are no delivery charges on any shirts.

Basic Shirts

Basic shirts are shipped from the following locations: the UK, Latvia, and the US. Items shipped from the UK may take up to 2 weeks (10 working days) to arrive. Items from Latvia or the US may take up to 3 weeks (15 working days) to arrive.

All-Over-Print (AOP) Items (dresses, skirts, leggings, joggers, swimwear, tapestries, fabrics, hair accessories)

There are no delivery charges for AOP items. None of these items are fulfilled in the UK due to high costs. All AOP items may take up to 4 weeks (20 working days) to arrive. Ideally, they will arrive sooner, but I cannot guarantee that.

Please take care to note where items are fulfilled as there will be a mix of Latvia, the US and China. Ordering over £135 worth of products from one place may cause you to incur customs fees, as there's a possibility it will all be ordered from 1 supplier and shipped out in one parcel. please see the customs fees section for more information on what these fees are and who is responsible for them.

Beanies

There are no delivery charges for beanies. These are fulfilled in Latvia or the US and will take approximately 3 weeks to arrive (10-15 working days).

Ordering over £135 worth of products from one place may cause you to incur customs fees, as there's a possibility it will all be ordered from 1 supplier and shipped out in one parcel. please see the customs fees section for more information on what these fees are and who is responsible for them.

Bags (tote and utility cross-body)

There are no delivery charges for bags. These are fulfilled in Latvia or the US and will take approximately 3 weeks to arrive (10-15 working days).

Cross-body Bags (not utility version)

There is a £3 delivery charge on crossbody bags. These are shipped from China, and may take up to 4 weeks (20 working days) to arrive.

Phone Cases, Laptop Sleeves and Mouse Mats

There are no delivery charges added to these products. Phone cases are fulfilled in the UK, Latvia and the US. Laptop sleeves and mouse mats are fulfilled in Latvia and the US. All products in this section will take up to 3 weeks (10-15 working days) to arrive, but normally arrive sooner.

Towels

There are no delivery charges for towels. These are fulfilled in Latvia or the US and will take approximately 3 weeks to arrive (10-15 working days).

Mugs

There are no delivery charges for mugs. 11oz and 15oz mugs will be fulfilled in the UK majority of the time and take up to 2 weeks (10 working days) to arrive, but the 20oz mugs will be fulfilled in Latvia or the US and will take up to 3 weeks (15 working days) to arrive.

Posters

There are no delivery charges on posters, with the exception of the 16 × 20" and 18 × 24" framed posters. These will incur a £10 shipping charge due to extra care needed for shipping. All the products will be shipped from the UK normally, but may be shipped from Latvia and the US if the UK suppliers are unable to fulfill the orders.

Water Bottles, Travel Mugs and Tumblers

There are no delivery charges for water bottles, travel mugs and tumblers. These are fulfilled in Latvia or the US and will take approximately 3 weeks to arrive (10-15 working days).

Insulated Tumblers With A Straw

A £5 delivery charge applies to insulated tumblers with a straw. These are fulfilled in the US and take up to 4-5 weeks (20-25 working days) to arrive. Please be patient for these products. They take a long time to make and must be shipped careful so they don't get damaged.

Notebooks

There are no delivery charges on spiral notebooks, but hardcover notebooks are subject to a £5 delivery charge. Spiral notebooks are shipped from Latvia or the US and may take up to 3 weeks (10-15 working days) to arrive. Hardcover notebooks are only fulfilled in the US and may take up to 5 weeks (20-25 working days) to be fulfilled.

Throw Pillows (with insert included)

There is a £4 delivery charge for throw pillows with an insert included. These are fulfilled in Latvia or the US and will take approximately 3 weeks to arrive (10-15 working days).

Pillow Cases (no insert)

There are no delivery charges for pillow cases. These are fulfilled in Latvia or the US and will take approximately 3 weeks to arrive (10-15 working days).

Throw Blankets and Sherpa Blankets

There is an £8 delivery charge for throw blankets and sherpa blankets. These are fulfilled in Latvia or the US and will take approximately 3 weeks to arrive (10-15 working days).

Customs Charges and Import Tax

If you order more than £135 of goods that are listed as being supplied from outside the UK, then UK customs is required to charge customs fees and import tax. You, as the person who placed the order, will be responsible for paying the customs fees and import tax. In most cases, the order limit of £135 won't be reached, as majority of the products supplied from overseas are made with different companies. That does mean, however, that sometimes there may be an extra fee applied by customs, and you should be prepared to pay this.

You will be notified by Royal Mail with a fee-to-pay card, and will have to pay the fee online before receiving your parcel. In the future, we may look into doing delivery duty paid (DDP) services, but as of right now, it's not a feasible option.

Delivery in Europe

VibesVault currently delivers to the following countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, and Sweden. If you live outside of these countries within Europe, please contact me, and I can attempt to work something out.

A wide variety of products are available to be fulfilled within Latvia or Spain. However, please pay attention to each products shipping location, either by reading the list on this page, or checking the "Fulfilment & Delivery Info" section on each product page. If you order a product that is fulfilled outside of Europe, please check the customs fees section at the bottom of this list.

There is a €4 delivery charge on crossbody bags. These are shipped from China, and may take up to 4 weeks (20 working days) to arrive.

There is a €3.50 delivery charge added to these products and all are fulfilled in Latvia. Orders from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland and Portugal may take up to 3 weeks (10-15 working days) to arrive. Orders from Greece, Hungary, Isle of Man, Romania and Sweden may take up to 4 weeks (15-20 working days) to arrive.

Towels

There are no delivery charges for towels. These are fulfilled in Latvia. Orders from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland and Portugal may take up to 3 weeks (10-15 working days) to arrive. Orders from Greece, Hungary, Isle of Man, Romania and Sweden may take up to 4 weeks (15-20 working days) to arrive.

Mugs, Water Bottles, Travel Mugs and Tumblers

There are no delivery charges for mugs, bottles, and tumblers. All mugs will be fulfilled in Latvia normally. Orders from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland and Portugal may take up to 3 weeks (10-15 working days) to arrive. Orders from Greece, Hungary, Isle of Man, Romania and Sweden may take up to 4 weeks (15-20 working days) to arrive.

Posters

There are no delivery charges on posters, with the exception of the 16 × 20" and 18 × 24" framed posters. These will incur a €12 shipping charge due to extra care needed for shipping. All the products will be shipped from Latvia/Spain normally, but may be shipped from the UK or the US if the Latvia/Spain suppliers are unable to fulfill the orders. Insulated Tumblers With A Straw

A €6 delivery charge applies to insulated tumblers with a straw. These are fulfilled in the US and take up to 4-5 weeks (20-25 working days) to arrive. Please be patient for these products. They take a long time to make and must be shipped careful so they don't get damaged.

Notebooks

There are no delivery charges on spiral notebooks, but hardcover notebooks are subject to a €6 delivery charge. Spiral notebooks are shipped from Latvia. Hardcover notebooks are only fulfilled in the US and may take up to 5 weeks (20-25 working days) to be fulfilled.

Throw Pillows (with insert included)

There is a €6 delivery charge for throw pillows with an insert included. These are fulfilled in Latvia. Orders from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland and Portugal may take up to 3 weeks (10-15 working days) to arrive. Orders from Greece, Hungary, Isle of Man, Romania and Sweden may take up to 4 weeks (15-20 working days) to arrive.

Pillow Cases (no insert)

There are no delivery charges for pillow cases. These are fulfilled in Latvia. Orders from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland and Portugal may take up to 3 weeks (10-15 working days) to arrive. Orders from Greece, Hungary, Isle of Man, Romania and Sweden may take up to 4 weeks (15-20 working days) to arrive.

Throw Blankets and Sherpa Blankets

There is a €5 delivery charge for throw blankets and sherpa blankets. The 37" x 57" and 50" x 60" sherpa blankets are fulfilled in Latvia, but both 60" x 80" blankets are fulfilled in the US. Orders from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland and Portugal may take up to 3 weeks (10-15 working days) to arrive. Orders from Greece, Hungary, Isle of Man, Romania and Sweden may take up to 4 weeks (15-20 working days) to arrive.

Customs Charges and VAT

If you order more than €150 of goods that are listed as being supplied from outside of Europe, then EU Customs is required to charge customs fees and VAT. You, as the person who placed the order, will be responsible for paying the customs fees and import tax. In most cases, the order limit of €150 won't be reached, as majority of the products supplied from overseas are made with different companies. That does mean, however, that sometimes there may be an extra fee applied by customs, and you should be prepared to pay this before receiving your parcel. In the future, we may look into doing delivery duty paid (DDP) services, but as of right now, it's not a feasible option.

Delivery in the US

VibesVault delivers to all states in the US: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North & South Carolina, North & South Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Most products are fulfilled in the US, but please pay attention to shipping locations by reading the list on this page or checking the "Shipping From" section on all product pages. If you order products from outside the US, please see the customs duty section at the bottom of this list.

Shirts

There are no delivery charges on any of these products. All products listed above are available to be shipped from the US and should only be routed to another supplier if the US supplier is out of stock. They may take up to 2 weeks (10-12 working days) to arrive, but should arrive within 9 working days.

Hoodies

There is a $3 delivery charge on any hoodies. All hoodies are available to be shipped from the US and should only be routed to another supplier if the US supplier is out of stock. They may take up to 2 weeks (10-12 working days) to arrive, but should arrive within 9 working days.

Beanies, Bags (totes and utility crossbody), Phone Cases, Laptop Sleeves, Mouse Mats, Mugs and Posters

There are no delivery charges on these products. All the products listed above are available to be shipped from the US and should only be routed to another supplier if the US supplier is out of stock. They may take up to 2 weeks (10-12 working days) to arrive, but should arrive within 9 working days.

Towels

There are no delivery charges for towels. These are available to be fulfilled in the US and will only be routed to the Latvia supplier in the event that the US suppliers are out of stock. They may take up to 2 weeks (10-12 working days) to arrive, but should arrive within 8 working days.

16" x 20" and 18" x 24" Posters

The 16" × 20" and 18" × 24" framed posters will incur a $7 shipping charge due to extra care needed for shipping. They will be shipped from the US and take around 2 weeks (10-12 working days) to arrive.

Notebooks and Pillow Cases

There are no delivery charges on these products. These products are fulfilled in the US and may take up to 3 weeks (10-15 working days) to arrive.

Water Bottles, Travel Mugs, Tumblers, and Throw Pillow With Insert Included

There is a $3 delivery charge for water bottles, travel mugs and tumblers. These are fulfilled in the US and will take approximately 3 weeks to arrive (10-15 working days).

Throw Blankets and Sherpa Blankets

All-Over-Print (AOP) Items (dresses, skirts, leggings, joggers swimwear, tapestries, fabrics, hair accessories)

There are no delivery charges for AOP items. All AOP items may take up to 4 weeks (20 working days) to arrive. Ideally, they will arrive sooner, but I cannot guarantee that. Some items may be fulfilled in the US, but please take care to note where items are fulfilled as there will be a mix of Latvia, US and China suppliers.

Ordering over $800 worth of products from outside the US may cause you to incur customs fees, as there's a possibility it will all be ordered from 1 supplier and shipped out in one parcel. please see the customs duty section for more information on what these fees are and who is responsible for them.

Cross-body Bags (not utility version)

There is a $5 delivery charge on crossbody bags. These are shipped from China, and may take up to 4 weeks (20 working days) to arrive.

Customs Duty

You will be notified by your local post office that customs duty is owed, and you will have to pay this before receiving your parcel. In the future, we may look into doing delivery duty paid (DDP) services, but as of right now, it's not a feasible option.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Return, refund and replacement requests must be received within 7 days of receipt of products. For packages lost in transit, requests must be received no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Returns, refunds and replacements are only accepted in specific circumstances.

All products are made to order. Returns and refunds will not be accepted on any sizing and change of mind requests. Returns, refunds and replacements will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

An incorrect product was sent by the supplier
The product is faulty, unfit for use, or misprinted by the supplier
The product was damaged during transit
The order was lost in transit

In all of these circumstances, proof will be required, either in the form of photographs or a tracking link showing the parcel has not moved for 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Please email help@myvaultvibes if you meet one of the above circumstances and provide your: order number, name, and address. I will get back to you with detailed instructions on what proof is required to process a return, refund or replacement.

Replacement of the products is always the first step, with a refund considered if a replacement product arrives and is not satisfactory.
