What is VibesVault?
VibesVault is a collection of hand drawn designs put onto various products. I'm an artist who wanted to share my artwork with the world, and decided to create my own website to have full control over pricing, products, design, and delivery.
How do you fulfill orders?
VibesVault uses various print-on-demand (POD) companies to create and fulfill orders. The basic process for a VibesVault customer is as follows: you search for the vibes you like and add them to your basket. You go through the checkout process and pay for your order. When your order and payment reaches VibesVault, I give your order to the POD company that I've chosen to supply those products. They then make, package, and ship your order to you, and (hopefully) you enjoy your products!
What if I have a problem with my order or a question for you?
If there's an issue with your order, please contact help@myvaultvibes.com - you will receive a response within 3-5 working days. If you include photos and a detailed explanation in your initial email, I can be working with the POD supplier as soon as I receive your email, and get you a resolution quicker.
If you have a question unrelated to an already placed order, please contact info@myvaultvibes.com and I will do my best to answer your question within 3-5 working days. Before emailing, please check out the FAQ's page, as your question may have already been answered. If it's a complex question (not just asking about colour/size variants, etc), please provide as much detail/context in your initial email to ensure I can give you a prompt response and answer your question fully.
